MY STORY
At my lowest, I was bloated after almost every meal, dealing with pain, digestive symptoms, skin and hormonal issues, and becoming increasingly afraid of food. Eating stopped feeling normal. I planned meals around what I thought would cause the least reaction and spent so much time searching for what was wrong with me.
I tried eliminating more foods, taking supplements, testing, and different gut protocols. Some things supported me, but I was still watching my body constantly, expecting symptoms, and believing I needed to find one more thing to fix myself. The harder I tried to control everything, the more disconnected I felt.
The biggest shift came when I understood that healing my gut was not only about what I removed or added to my diet. My digestion, nervous system, thoughts, emotions, habits, and the way I responded to symptoms were all connected. I had to nourish my body and support digestion, but I also had to interrupt the fear and patterns my body had learned—and teach it what safety could feel like again.
Over time, I was able to expand my diet, eat foods I had been afraid of, feel calmer around symptoms, and trust my body again. My experience is why I do this work today. I want women to know they are not broken—and they do not need to spend their lives trapped in restriction, fear, or another rigid protocol.
NUTRITION IS THE FOUNDATION
Food matters. We work with balanced meals, digestion, motility, food variety, and targeted support—but always in a way that fits your body and real life, not another generic plan.
MIND-BODY APPROACH IS THE KEY
We also work with nervous-system safety, food fear, symptom-scanning, habits, beliefs, and the patterns that can keep your body in protection mode—even when you are doing everything “right.”
